Master Your Mind Under Pressure
In weeks 1–4, athletes learn how to build confidence that holds up in competition, silence self-doubt and overthinking, crush limiting beliefs and fear of failure, reset quickly after mistakes, and perform with composure when expectations are high.
This phase creates the mental stability and self-trust required to perform consistently.

Performance Direction And Execution
With a strong mental foundation in place, weeks 5–8 focus on performance execution. Athletes shift to understanding what truly motivates them, creating a clear personal performance direction, setting meaningful short- and long-term goals, and learning how to plan, track, and execute like a high-performance athlete.
Athletes also develop discipline, focus, and daily execution habits.
During this phase, athletes use the BLACKBELT MENTALITY High-Performance Planner and the Ultimate High-Performance Athlete Journal to turn goals into structured action - not wishful thinking.
Clarity removes doubt. Confidence takes over. Results follow.

This program is for competitive athletes aged 12-17 (emerging talent through to elite level) who want to learn how to perform with confidence under pressure.
It is ideal for athletes who struggle with self-doubt, nerves, or inconsistency, want clarity around their goals and direction, and are ready to train their mind with the same discipline as their body.
Who This Is NOT For.
This program is not for athletes who are looking for quick fixes, hype, or “motivational talks” without doing the work.
It is not for athletes who expect results without consistency, effort, and personal responsibility, who are unwilling to reflect, be challenged, or apply tools between sessions, or who want mindset training without structure, discipline, or accountability.
It is also not suited for athletes who are not currently competing or committed to improving their performance, or who prefer excuses over ownership when performance doesn’t go to plan.
Perform Without Limits For Juniors is designed for athletes who are ready to train their mind with the same seriousness as their body, and who understand that elite performance is built through daily habits, clarity, and execution.

Everything you need to know about how the online program works and how it supports your performance and development.
01.
When will the sessions be held?
The Perform Without Limits for Juniors Coaching Program will kick off in Term 2 and run for 8 weeks (weekly) .
Help us shape future intakes by filling in the EOI form so we can accommodate the best days and times for most athletes.

What equipment does the Athlete need to participate in the program?
All you need is a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and headphones (optional but recommended).
A quiet space helps you focus during sessions.

Is there 1:1 support in addition to group sessions?
Yes! Each Athlete will receive 2 x 30-minute 1:1 online sessions. The first session takes place during the first 4-week block to address personal challenges, and the second session is in the second 4-week block to focus on goal setting and planning. These sessions complement the group program and provide personalised guidance for each athlete.

Will the sessions be live or pre-recorded?
All group and 1:1 sessions are live to ensure interactive training and personalised feedback to specific questions throughout the program.

What sports or athletes is this program suitable for?
We have worked with over 200+ athletes across a variety of sports. Our extensive experience in elite coaching and athlete development allows us to empower athletes to become their best on and off the field.

Can parents actively participate in group sessions?
During group sessions, parents are welcome to observe from 'the sidelines'.
However, we highly encourage young athletes to participate independently, as this creates a space where they can connect with their peers, learn from one another, and build trust and confidence in a supportive environment.

What if the Athlete can't attend a live session?
No problem. We understand that things can come up.
A recording of the session will be made available to you after each session so you can watch it later and catch up on content and homework prior to the next session.

What kind of commitment is expected from Athletes?
We recommend to Athletes to spend approx. 15 mins a day to work on their mental game consistently to start creating impactful results for themselves.
09.
What if we need to cancel? What's the refund policy?
A $100 non-refundable fee secures your Athlete’s spot and covers training materials and shipping.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel, a full refund of the remaining program fee is available up until 24 hours before the first scheduled group session. After this time, the program begins and no refunds or credits are available.
